Written, produced & directed pro bono, this drama for Leeds-based charity Basis is aimed at 12-16 year-old girls warning of the hazards of the 'party' model of grooming. The story was based on identity-redacted case studies provided by Basis and the performances were part scripted, workshopped and improvised. The film was initially used as a learning device in schools in Leeds and is now part of a national training pack, which has sold over 1000 copies to educational organisations working with young people and created £50K of income of Basis. Clips from the film have been used several times by Channel 4 and Yorkshire Television to illustrate news stories on child sexual exploitation: http://tiny.cc/9wdzwz (HD, 15 mins)
